Clubbercise is a fun fitness class set to dance tunes from the 90's to present day. Done in a darkened room with glow sticks and disco lights this class will feel more like a night out than exercise!!! 
 
 
The Brainfit Workout (£30 for 6 week course) 
The BrainFit Workout is a 45-minute group class consisting of 30 minutes movement, powerful affirmations 
with 15 minutes meditation. 
 
 
KSFL Club (12 week course) 
Kick Start Fat Loss Club is a revolutionary new diet and exercise club arming you with the latest fat loss and fitness information. There is no calorie counting, daily points, faddy foods or complicated workouts. 
 
 
The HIIT 30 Workout £5 per session 
HIIT 30 is 30 minutes of high-intensity interval training designed to burn a lot of fat and improve fitness levels fast! You do not have to be super fit for this one just willing to work to your personal maximum. 
 
 
BoxCamp HIIT Fitness £5 per session 
BoxCamp is a 45 minute circuit based high-intensity interval training using boxing and kickboxing techniques in a fun atmosphere. 
 
 
Outdoor FitCamp £5 per session 
FitCamp is a great new way to challenge your body and reach your goals in a fun, refreshing setting. FitCamp is an outdoor group exercise class that mixes traditional calisthenic and body weight exercises with various forms of interval training and strength training.
