Clubbercise is a fun fitness class set to dance tunes from the 90's to present day. Done in a darkened room with glow sticks and disco lights this class will feel more like a night out than exercise!!!

Kick Start Fat Loss Club is a revolutionary new diet and exercise club arming you with the latest fat loss and fitness information. There is no calorie counting, daily points, faddy foods or complicated workouts. 
 
 
The HIIT 30 Workout £5 per session  
HIIT 30 is 30 minutes of high-intensity interval training designed to burn a lot of fat and improve fitness levels fast! You do not have to be super fit for this one just willing to work to your personal maximum (Ladies Only) 
 
 
BoxCamp HIIT Workout £5 per session 
Combining boxing techniques and exercise circuits in a fun, energetic and stress-busting way. This boxing workout is definitely a great way to burn the fat and work the core. Gloves supplied but you can bring your own (Ladies Only) 
 
 
KickStart BootCamp £5 per session 
Bootcamp is a great fat burning workout which we do outdoors. It involves HIIT (High intensity interval training) with lots of fun thrown into the mix. Great start to a weekend (Ladies Only)
